Bullying is the continuous repetition of ridicule or aggression that causes the social exclusion of the victim. In this sense, coping is a key element to understand how adolescents respond to stressful situations and how they adapt to their experiences. That is why our objective is to analyze the studies that have been carried out on coping strategies in bullying in school-aged adolescents; where Methodology used: It was carried out through a systematic review in the databases of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia and Google academic, helped with boléano connectors where 31 chosen studies were chosen with previous inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The characteristics of bullying are: victims, victimizers, spectators. In addition, there is an inequality of power, which can hurt verbally and physically. It should be noted that adolescent women tend to do more aggressors than men. In the second objective, coping strategies are diverse, for example: social action, ignoring the problem, self-blame, reserve for himself, seek spiritual support, physical distraction, seek social support, among others. In addition, there is no difference at the international and local levels. Finally, nurses play an important role in the prevention of bullying, as they detect risk factors and, in the same way, perform interventions to increase adolescents' self-esteem. Conclusion: Most of the articles reviewed showed that they only wanted to be statistically aware of coping strategies and types of bullying, that is, they did not intervene to minimize bullying in adolescents, except in the research conducted by the nurses.
