Strengthening the practices Psychopedagogical Foundations for Early Childhood is a challenge that assume the institutions of initial education, taking into account that the training of boys and girls must be given in a comprehensive manner, covering the different areas related to human development. This article is the result of research, analyzed the Psychopedagogical Foundations of Educational agents practices of early childhood in the city of Medellin, through a qualitative study with the application of semi-structured interviews and document review. The study used a nonrandom sample intentional infliction of fifteen (15) educational agents participants, the information provided was organized and systematized through the ATLAS. Ti. software. version 8.2, an approach based on a qualitative analysis of content. The results show the relational conception on early childhood that underlie the practices of educational agents, the potential of teachers' narratives for the transformation of their own praxis and the emergence of new forms of psycho-pedagogical accompaniment in, with and for early childhood.
