The following report aims to conclude the fundamentals, concepts and knowledge acquired during the diploma in leadership and productivity in the management of human talent, applying knowledge in fried microenterprise Doña Martha, which has a deficit in its productivity processes. It gives rise to a process from an input of inputs, of which through different transformation activities add value and / or culminates with a finished product. (Giopp, 2005) The preparation of fried products, produced by hand, is simple and easy to carry out having the recipe and applying empirically, and is the case of the aforementioned microenterprise, which operates in the city of Barrancabermeja. Fritos Doña Martha has achieved recognition to the point of becoming a productive unit that over the years has increased its number of customers as well as its production. It has been observed that such microenterprise today presents certain puzzles specifically in the determination and correct nature of procedures, so the report being demonstrated tries to demonstrate the importance of implementing a management technique that provides tools for planning, ordering and management of the results, in order to improve administrative aspects and achieve an optimization of internal processes in their production. It is precisely the fulfillment of the products offered and the expectation of the client that leads us to carry out the research, the interest of generating greater productivity in the available time and design of the work plan. Next, we will discuss several chapters that include the knowledge of the microenterprise facilities, the development of its activities, and a possible solution of response to the problem implemented, from which it is possible to deduce a technique applicable to each of the facets by that microenterprise is being affected, and they are distributed as follows: The first chapter frames the approach of the problem by which the fried microenterprise Doña Martha, is being affected, defining a problem question. The second chapter corresponds to the guidelines by which this report is presented and which ends up responding to each of the objectives set. The third chapter contemplates the reason why it was of interest to us, to carry out the investigation in the microenterprise. The fourth chapter presents past research and related to the subject and intension of the work of the microenterprise, in addition the concepts to be developed in the content regarding production processes, 5S technique. The fifth chapter is subjected to the methodology, the line, approach, type, method, technique, treatment and research processes. The sixth chapter deals with the solution to the different objectives initially set, showing the collection of information obtained under the required criteria, determining the most optimal alternative. Finally, the seventh chapter expresses a series of conclusions with their respective recommendations, and each website, book and document that supports what is described in this report.
