The present report is the result of the business practice carried out in the company Municipal Ombudsman of Villavicencio occupying the position of accounting assistant with the general objective of providing support in the administrative and financial area in the management of inventory control. The practice was carried out from February 11, 2019 to May 10 of the same year, fulfilling a working day of 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, completing a total of 436 hours worked achieving the required for the development of Professional practice The time in the office developed the activities of periodically elaborating the inventory of consumer and returnable goods, generating the respective inputs, outputs, and reallocations of elements; make support in organizing, classifying and locating the assets of the entity and establish the management and allocation of stationery, cleaning and logistics elements necessary.
