This research makes reference to the problematic related to the integral education of the personality of the students of public accounting; More than anything else, to the strengthening of ethical and moral values that can be fostered in a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to ethical training in the pedagogical process in the Public Accounting program. Within this project theoretical reflections are carried out ontological, epistemological and methodological; This study provides a detailed assessment of ethics education in accounting students. Likewise, a didactic model for ethical training in accounting students is provided through analysis of moral dilemmas, situations and real problems of everyday life, and of the profession as such. Likewise, a set of requirements for the application of the axiological didactic model is provided, in this process it is necessary to characterize the causes of education of these ethical values from an ethical, communicative and interdisciplinary perspective. It establishes the basic concepts that characterize the model to perfect the didactic ways for our ethical training and the strengthening of values. This axiological didactic model, more than anything else, supports a set of dynamic techniques, parables and ethical reflections that positively and humanly activate students' reasoning, emotions and feelings; More than anything else for the decision making and to promote formative learning stimulating their ethical competences.
