From the data obtained in the city of Ibagué in the context of the study "perception of supporting State, community and family in teenage parents during your first pregnancy: Intercultural and intergenerational study", An analysis was made of the coincidence of the verbal and non-verbal behaviors of the emotions experienced in this stage. This information includes feelings and behaviors of both men and women at the time they received the news of teenage pregnancy. The objective of the study was to analyze the qualitative paradigm of the relationship between verbal and nonverbal behavior of the emotions experienced in the news of pregnancy in men and women born in Ibague in the 1960s, 70 'and 80' with an adolescent pregnancy experience. The results show that the coincidence in verbal and non-verbal responses of emotions predominates Happiness-Joy as feeling in women and fear in men; As for the differences in verbal responses, fear, happiness, and nonverbal differences between sadness, neutrality and surprise are evident.
