This thesis aims to determine the effectiveness of narrative therapy in the school climate of the ninth grades of the Technological School Central Technical Institute, to publicize narrative therapy as an alternative in the welfare of the school social climate. The methodology used to obtain the analysis data was a Pre-test-post-test design through the school social climate scale establishing a control group and an experimental group. In the experimental group, intervention was carried out with narrative therapy based on the school social climate and in the control group psychoeducation was applied in the same subject. The results of the tests applied in each of the groups were analyzed, which allowed us to verify the transition between them, before and after said intervention, so it was concluded according to the correlation coefficient in the first factor of the scale applied from -0.387 and in the second factor of -0.368 between pre-test and post-test of the experimental group where it is shown that there is indeed a statistically positive correlation between the application of narrative therapy and the strengthening of the school social climate.
