This work corresponds to the modality of social business and solidarity practice whose objective is “formulate and develop comprehensive management guidelines, based on the accompaniment and documentation of activities in occupational health and safety (training, talks, inspections, induction, delivery EPP etc.), and solid waste management of the construction project of remodeling and adaptation of the stage 1 football stadium "alberto buitrago holes of the municipality of florence of the department of caquetá" the work development illustrates through a logbook all the activities and documents corresponding to the integral management of the company consorcio ef-2018 of the municipality of Florence - Caquetá. Through the accompaniment in activities of sg-sst and solid waste management. as for the activities that are developed are: mainly training in occupational safety and health, solid waste management, pres operational talks, safety inspections, calisthenics activities, delivery of ppe (personal protection elements), induction and reinduction of working personnel, completion of work permits at heights, emergency simulation, work aptitude tests, final disposal of waste and days of order and cleaning. all this information will be evidenced in this document as an annex, where the execution of the processes named above will be recorded. And it will be demonstrated through the photographic record the realization of it to fully comply with the objectives proposed in the project. likewise, the general information of the company is related (mission, vision, corporate objectives, policies, personnel relationship, process map and organization chart). It is also attached to the proposed work plan for the realization of the solidary business practice.
