The following work is the suggestion and application of a CANVAS model, used as an alternative to optimize the processes that occur within the organizations associated with Corpochingaza, resulting in a value proposition, which differentiates them from each one and leads to incentives plus ecotourism within the Chingaza natural park. Different types of activities were carried out in order to learn more about the products and services offered by each partner, such as interviews, workshops and visits to the community. During the visits, different problems were found, of which it is necessary to focus on the customer segment, with the goal of improving the quality of the service offered, and attending to this sector that are important for the growth of organizations . Through the surveys it was possible to know, how each organization is formed, that is, the number of people who work in it and the roles that each one plays, evidencing that the majority are people with a low level of education, but who have a lot of knowledge of the area in which ecotourism develops. Taking into account all the information obtained by these activities, we proceed to carry out the document which contains all the necessary suggestions and instructions, so that the organizations associated with Corpochingaza can apply the CANVAS model in order to improve the quality of service within the customer segment, thus maximizing their income and encouraging much more tourism within the natural park.
