Resumen
The tic for its conception in the world suggest innovation, discovery, creation and of course this requires being at the forefront of the changing society that is lived today. There will be 13 scientific articles and research that will give the starting point for a comparative and critical analysis of the Tic in higher education, resulting in a state of the art where the category of results will be taken into account specifically, for a better analysis of The information obtained. This allows consolidating some positions of the authors of the articles. The findings of the articles will be presented descriptively under a qualitative and comparative methodology, so a comparative matrix with categories such as methodologies, results of the aforementioned articles will be taken into account as support for some of the positions presented. The state of the art will be a broad overview to understand the tic as part of cognitive processes in higher education.
