According to Campiran, A (2000). Timely, correct, adequate and productive decisions are achieved during not random processes, where human beings converge in opinions in a harmonious way, after propitiating agreements and disagreements, sometimes-contrary but useful points of view, until the conflict is reduced in points of agreement or synergistic actions. However, in order to function as working groups, they agree on departures where diverse and dissimilar opinions are taken into account to enable suitable departures to the conflicts or problems presented. Modern organizations, far from dealing with inflexible dogmas, interact from the multiplicity of points of view in response to the needs and responses they must give socially. In the last 50 years, South American societies have experienced complex socio-political processes that needed creative thinking to avoid radical positions of thoughts and tendencies found, where inflexibility and dogmatism led to disputes that were believed insurmountable. Creative thinking enabled outputs in decision-making that pursued and consolidated the common good. Likewise, positions have been radicalized in depleted societies without creative exits, leading to obstructed alleys where only exodus and destruction have marked both society and production and institutionality. Fortunately that has not been the case in Colombia, where in addition to creative outlets, the fruitful dialogue enabled the social encounter and the productive path, especially in the last three five years, where the conflict was reduced and efforts were made to create a more harmonious country and productive. In organizational and institutional contexts, public or private, decision making from creativity has led to climates of prosperity and well-being, for this reason, attempts are made to unravel such creative decision processes in specific contexts. In accordance with these theoretical budgets in which the decision-making determination aimed at an objective in any situation, is affected by the most accurate response and according to the public, users or customers, in general without internal conflicts whatever the creative thinking of the participating official. For this reason, the carrying out of this investigative, theoretical-practical and documentary work is carried out for the support and timely knowledge of the workers, whose purpose is the professional improvement and the incidence that is presented to focus a decision. It is also essential to leave a humble but significant contribution to the Cooperative University of Colombia as a requirement for career completion and to such a valuable house of studies. The main objective is to propose a strategy plan for the decision making of creative thinking in the workers, for their optimal and desired performance in an environment of free will, that is to say, in accordance with rules established for each case, without struggles that affect the good development of the company. That is why this work is carried out so that workers in situations of inexperience or imbalance provide accurate answers, in accordance with the pre-established laws they feel capable, compliant and without doubt that in the short or long term they are questioned by customers who visit this work site, in addition to the criteria used are not the most favorable in some cases refusing to possible alternatives that facilitate or motivate solutions through decisions that meet the specific needs of the company, in good use of the faculties of the performance of the workers. Therefore, each one of the stages of the development process of the creative thinking of the human being will be defined, its cognitive, constructive, cognitive and axiological capacities, with respective theoretical foundations, that are related to the decision making process when denying or affirm a labor process. It will be sought in a synchronic way to gather theoretical consideration around decision making and creative processes that help to obtain satisfactory results, this project will be divided into 6 chapters that will be established in chronological order in the development of them: The chapter I, frames everything related to the introduction, problem statement, general objectives, specific objectives and justification. Chapter II represents the development of the theoretical or referential framework based on bibliographic sources, which present their concepts, stages, processes, diagrams among others.
