The Occupational Health and Safety System 2013 - 2021 (PNSST) is conceived as the management tool under which the needs that Colombia currently has regarding the area of occupational health are prioritized, as established in Law 1562 of 2012, which entails the transformation of a more equitable Occupational Risk System.The management system must be documented and implemented by all employers and consists in the development of a logical and phased process, based on continuous improvement, organization , documentation and planning; its applications and policies for improvement actions with the objective of anticipating, recognizing, evaluating and controlling risks that may affect safety and health in work spaces ”. Institutionally and legally it was determined by Decree 1072 of 2015 Book 2, Part 2, Title 4, Chapter 6. For the business organization Cooperativa de Transportadores del Huila Ltda. Risk prevention is a fundamental parameter; since the guidelines established by the Ministry of Labor allow labor development in a safe and efficient way. Specifically, good management of resources enables improvements in their management, such as worker satisfaction, thus benefiting the productive quality of the company. The present work sought to update the documentation corresponding to the WORK SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that the Cooperativa the Transportadores the Huila Ltda. Has, being an existing company with more than 74 years of experience and being a pioneer in the application of standards Therefore, in order to comply with the guidelines established according to the checklist for documentation and update of the decree, it was classified by chapters: Chapter III with the following Items 1. Obligations of the Employers, 2. Planning of the SG -SST, 3. Formation of the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work, 4. Documentation of the Procedure and Matrix of Hazard Identification, Evaluation and Assessment of Risks, 5. Health Conditions and Sociodemographic Profile, 6. Safety Standards o Safe Operation, 7. PPE Matrix, 8. Accident and Occupational Disease Investigation Reports, 9. Evac Plan uación, 10. Epidemiological Surveillance Systems, 11. Environmental Assessments, Chapter V. is updated as corresponding to the documentation with the following items 1. Occupational Medical Evaluation Procedure, 2. Change Management Procedure, 3. Procedure a Integration of OSH requirements in purchases, 4. Procedure and formats for Induction and Reinduction in OSH; likewise avoid the sanctions that there expose for the non-compliance of the same.
