For the development of this article, information is mainly investigated that points to the collection of existing literature in different Latin American countries, such as Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Europe is Spain, specifically focuses on information related to learning, its theoretical delimitation, exposed from different perspectives of authors such as: Rebollo and Rodríguez, 2006, Deese, Brust-Carmona and García-Muñoz, Hilgard, 1979, Similarly, the difficulties of learning from the pedagogical and psychosocial field are addressed, theories are exposed explanatory, pursuing the enrichment, delimitation and contextualization of the article as a central objective, for the construction of the same, different recognized databases were implemented as support, such as Redalyc, Dialnet, Proquest among others, classifying eighty-two theoretically significant articles, in those that the vast majority are of quantitative cut tive, an analysis of them was carried out through formats such as RAES, in which key aspects such as the methodology implemented, objectives set in relation to the information to be investigated, the results obtained and the different points of Seen on the subject addressed, a detailed analysis was subsequently generated and relevant aspects that contribute to the subject were rescued, it is concluded that learning is the key piece for the good school, intrapersonal and interpersonal development of every human being, learning can be develop in multiple ways, either innate, for the significance of the information or for the cognitive construction through the processing of information, but similarly in the learning process, difficulties that interfere with this process can be presented, can be mitigated by detecting them in time said phenomenon prematurely, it is highlighted that the problems of ap Performance usually covers serious teaching problems, mainly in the lowest-income social contexts.
