Aggression to healthcare personnel in Colombia, has been a conjunctural topic for research, nevertheless there hasn’t been deployed a jurisdictional normativity in Colombia’s, law for protection of the healthcare personnel. In the research of literature, it wasn’t found any legal frame specific for aggression to healthcare personnel, these are often solved by the prosecutor’s office at a general level, that’s why in the jurisdictional environment are not treated as a specialized aggressions. From these a question arises: ¿Why isn’t there a legal process specific to help the healthcare personnel and for the patients? For the development of this project, in the research done, three main articles arise, and for it to be more robust a poll was made targeting to the healthcare personnel to study which are the causes and what solutions can be implemented, evidencing that specialized treatment from entities or government are still not developed. The results of the poll showed that 75,47% of the healthcare personnel where threatened physically and verbally by patients, and that 53,19% of the times was because the delay in being attended by a Doctor or healthcare personnel.
