Credit Financial Consultancies is a company incorporated as A Company for Simplified Shares, offering different services, its main activity is to fulfill the function of Outsourcing that markets portfolio placement products Of Banco Av Villas, such as Libranza, Hipotecario, Credit card and Consumo, in addition to this provides companies with the call center service, accounting assistance, legal advice, representation before the Dian and income statements. The research work of CFC S.A.S was carried out with the aim of originating a strategy capable of giving way to the correct propagation of the brand and that in turn allows to generate an acknowledgement of this in customers and prospects. Based on this purpose, an analysis of the real situation of the company and its environment was carried out using an exploratory methodology in which concepts of different authors with specific knowledge regarding the topics of interest with respect to the company analyzed, i.e. Outsourcing and, Digital Marketing as an alternative to imposing a Branding strategy on the organization; in a qualitative approach, the use of academic databases and strategic surveillance tools is also used, a fact that provides greater knowledge about the company's guild and the purpose of the research. Based on this, strategies are generated that aim to improve the performance that the company currently presents in terms of marketing. The study also reveals the contribution they have given and the evolution they have presented to date, not only in the business framework, but even in the financial sector Outsourcing, and the importance that takes today's technological revolution making Digital Marketing and the use of Social Networks result being a differentiating factor and generator of success in companies, having for the time being guaranteed a future sustainability in the midst of the constant global competitiveness that is lived at present.
