Resumen
The article aims to analyze the advances proposed in the field of research in relation to the influence of the work environment on the simulation of physical and / or psychological diseases, because this is a problem presented by organizations in the activity, to In turn, we seek to study the phenomenon of demotivation as the main trigger for absenteeism. However, for the study in question, the qualitative, descriptive design with a phenomenological approach was used as a research methodology and the sample was composed of 20 articles, however a total of 14 scientific documents obtained from specialized journals and databases were selected as redalyc, org, Scielo, E-book and Psicodoc which were analyzed by the information collection technique called bibliographic review. Therefore, the process carried out allowed us to obtain as a result that the motivation strengthens the work environment, decreases the absenteeism rate and increases productivity, as well as categories such as the motivation of assistance and the capacity or ability of assistance, condition the employee to comply Responsibly their functions and that the work environment is directly related to satisfaction and performance, and is with the degree of motivation of its members. To conclude, the study was prepared in order to provide basis for future research.
