This research aimed aimed to identify the attitudes and perceptions of teachers of elementary school to the listing process with people with Special Educational Needs (N.E.E.), the Municipality of Barrancabermeja; voluntary participation of 12 teachers of the school José Prudencio Padilla CASD Headquarters B (Integrated Central). The study design used is descriptive with a mixed approach, using three instruments: questionnaire teacher perceptions about inclusion (Cardona, et al (2000)); semi-structured interviews and direct observation (Based on the attitudes described by Artavia). The results indicate that six of the teachers support the inclusion process, the attitude still relevant empirical optimism, showing in the process of teaching and learning, based on the principle of trial and error.
