At present, in a globalized world, understanding the term of globalization as “a global movement towards economic, financial integration of Commerce and communications. What does the opening of a local perspective and nationalist, towards a broader perspective of an interconnected world and interdependent ”(Gómez, 2016), companies are subject to processes of continuous improvement to achieve optimal levels of excellence that allow them to be Competitive in national and international markets, these companies own or se they also receive quality management systems, despite the systems mentioned they are also subject to restructuring and implementation of improvements, since general and in real practice mistakes are made and there are flaws in the processes already established within the areas of organizations. (ISO Central Secretary, 2015, p. 33) Taking into account the aforementioned it is intended to make a plan of improvement in the areas of imports, exports and customs transit in the agency of customs BMA SA, “legal entity whose main corporate purpose is the exercise of customs agency ”(DIAN, 2013), since through management they have identified flaws in some processes in the aforementioned areas of the company, the which are generating delays that followed this create disagreement on the part of the customers, and go against the policies of excellence that govern the company. 6 In conclusion, through the design and implementation of the improvement plan, they will set goals, which, with their proper realization, will provide possible solutions to previously identified shortcomings, these solutions will be evidenced and proposed after the evaluation and monitoring of the improvement plan, which will facilitate the decision making will increase the level of efficiency in the processes in the areas of Company and customer satisfaction.
