The training process of the future professionals must be taken care of based on the own requirement that forges the medium and the subsequent demonstration of the future professional performance. The above was a reason to undertake a project aimed at strengthening the ethical and moral values of the students of the Cooperative University of Colombia, initially oriented to the accounting program, but not wanting to be limiting, since it can be applied in the different faculties that the Integrate this educational establishment. This project is based on a set of psychopedagogical principles, inclined to an interdisciplinary approach, which has a broad vision of ethical training within the formative process, project entitled: "DIDACTIC MODEL FOR THE ETHICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF CONTADURY PÚBLICA ", directed by Dr. Alexander Ortiz Ocaña. For the development of this model, it is opportune to implement a list of instruments, methods and / or techniques that are propitious with empiricaltheoretical characteristics, indispensable to reach the objective, these will allow us to measure, analyze, evaluate, Axiological aspects that are immersed in receiving the knowledge imparted by who would be their teacher, likewise determine which strategies are implemented by them so that the student grows or is strengthened in their professional ethics training. All of the above will be a key piece for obtaining the material that is vital for the issuance of a diagnosis and based on which work is sought to materialize the intentions of the project, among them we find: document analysis, questionnaires, surveys, In-depth interview, discussion groups and participant observation.
