Business administration is a challenge if you consider the constant changes in the current society wich affects directly and indirectly the internal and external fields of the society. Then it’s important to adapt the organization's strategies to the changing demands of consumers in order to ensure participation in an increasingly competitive market and ensure its permanence over the years. Strategy is a term that is used in several fields, but in organizations it is seen as the logic to achieve business objectives. (Meléndez, 2018), as these must be innovating their processes to have greater visibility and achieve productive objectives. The strategy most used by companies in recent years combines aspects such as the changing nature of society, the transformation in forms of communication and the adaptation of new technologies; it is precisely the digital marketing that brings these aspects together and allows organizations to know their customers more and focus efforts to the full satisfaction of their needs.
