This project focuses on the design of a competency interview model that takes into account the institutional values of Clínica Medilaser S.A, as a fundamental tool for the election and attraction process. A review of the literature that was relevant for the research variables was carried out, such as: competencies, interview by competences, customer service, listening, teamwork, learning facility. Each of these variables is specifically defined, limiting the information with the direct relationship with the subject of study, so that a clear understanding of the points to be treated is obtained in order to achieve the established objectives. 2 Subsequently, the competencies required for the positions of Clínica Medilaser S.A are identified in order to relate the competencies and corporate values with the functions of the organization's positions, as a basis for the elaboration of the competency interview model. On the other hand, it was inferred in the information that is required to obtain from the candidate in the election and attraction process through structured questions, which were affected to prosecute the results in the election and attraction process of the clinic Medilaser S.A. Finally, the expected results are presented with the model of interview by competences in the process of election and attraction of the clinic Medilaser SA, since it is intended that this facilitates the election of the person that meets the expectations of the position, since it is not enough to measure knowledge, but must include elements that identify the motivations of the subject, determine how it looks and in this way get closer to the choice of an effective employee. It is concluded that the competence model is used from the selection process to achieve, not only the fulfillment of the mission, the vision and the institutional values, but also to make the workers feel more comfortable in In turn, the company and the problems get suitable workers for each job, this is how some limitations and future directions are mentioned so that other organizations generate change for human capital within the social structure.
