This research sought to demonstrate the process of participation and appropriation by adolescents from ninth to tenth grade, aged between 14 and 18 at the Lorenzo de Alcantuz School in a teenage pregnancy design program, through a qualitative methodology, Action Research Participatory The main objective of this study was to support a process of community participation that allowed to favor the appropriation of a problem such as teenage pregnancy, and to allow the same community to be a manager of change and solutions to a problem that affects young people. In order to demonstrate the process of student participation, field diaries were carried out for each session and participant observations of the process. To conclude the students who participated in the research, they managed to carry out a prevention program from their perspective as young people, for the classmates of the institution from sixth to eleven grades with different activities according to their ages
