This research examines the educational offer and the role that the law programs develop in relation to higher education institutions in the Amazonia and Orinoquia region in the period 2014 to 2017. In order to analyze the classification of the methodological variables that are used to obtain the data of the analysis, and the method in the mixed research (quantitative-qualitative), lines of research, researchers and academic production associated with the area of knowledge, considering the results of the transformation of the right in the perspective of public policies and regional development in its contribution of contributions in the progress of written texts such as articles, book chapters and research books oriented to new knowledge that marks the change. Starting from the advances produced and the educational reception of superior level, in its critical and proactive vision of the juridical nature, proposing an approach between the normative system and in the social framework, which equates the epistemological statute of the right accessing its development in legal research according to its classification, category, groups or recognized convocation in the different legal education training centers in the region.
