Currently, Human Talent Management (GTH) is a key factor in the management processes of organizations, and is responsible for the formation of highly qualified human capital, aligned with their strategic planning. In Colombia, specifically in the city of Bogotá there are a wide variety of organizations, however in some there is a problem due to the lack of knowledge regarding the importance and use of tools that allow a good development of well-being and quality of work life within of the social management framework of human talent in the organization. This research project is carried out, because in human beings there are new needs, problems and desires to be able to improve personally, work and professionally within the company in which he works; That is why it is of great importance that these entities develop and contribute to establish parameters of social management and quality of life for their employees.
