The present work will be carried out in order to establish an accompanying guide to face the consequences (low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, social isolation, behavior changes, among others), generated by physical and psychological abuse in Children from 6 to 12 years old in the city of Bogotá, which have been referred to the Hogares Claret Foundation this year. At present, different techniques have been established to intervene child abuse, the best known in behavioral intervention, are training in social skills, rational emotional therapy, systematic desensitization and relaxation techniques, among others. That is why we want to publicize a different and innovative technique that allows us to reduce stress, improve mood, control anxiety, improve self-esteem and express emotions and feelings through laughter. The importance of performing this work is to expose a different technique to those that have been working over the years, managing to show the theoretical arguments and the benefits that this type of psychotherapeutic strategy can provide for the effects of child victims of abuse Physical and psychological. With this strategy, a contribution will be generated to psychology in the clinical setting and to the Claret homes foundation in Bogotá, since through this tool a therapeutic means can be proposed, different from those usually used in the individual intervention of child abuse, achieving a contribution in the resignification of the experience of abuse and the reparative process of children victims of physical and psychological abuse.
