In this paper, a theoretical / practical sweep is made about the importance of human talent in the development of some business groups of the city of Santa Marta, this to apply for the title of the course in progress. Starting from this premise, a fieldwork is carried out that proved from the experiential point of view, that within the dynamics of each company there are variables that promote the effective organization of the labor scenario. In this way, the approach to business from a humanistic perspective hosts debates about the effectiveness and the need to address these scenarios in favor of employee improvement. Not only in terms of salaries and other aspects, but also the psychological and motivational aspect, which allows competitiveness for each company.
