Resumen
In Colombia they are observed every day in the news, in the newspapers, in the schools, in the streets of the cities; in reality everywhere, it is only enough to pay a little more attention and be more aware of what is happening around us to realize that a minor is being mistreated either physically, emotionally or psychologically; be it for their relatives, partners, acquaintances and on many occasions even for the people who ignore these situations and who are only spectators and critics, some are aware that what happens is not adequate but they simply do not react and only look as something else that happens and unfortunately a daily live of our reality. Nationally, according to statistics presented by the ICBF (Colombian Institute of Family Welfare), in the last 3 years there have been the abuse of 3,266 children in Bogotá, 1,224 in Cundinamarca and 20,526 throughout the country.
