Resumen
The history of Barrancabermeja has been impregnated with violence since the 1980s, bringing with it a slowdown in progress in the territory and a fear of foreign investment. These facts, despite affecting the majority of the people in town, have an even more sensitive population that have directly suffered the violence of the armed conflict and the context of war that the country has experienced for a little over 50 years. The victims of the armed conflict in Barrancabermeja are many and, for the purpose of studying this thesis, we will focus only on one type of population. In this case, we will analyse the events that occurred under the responsibility of Rodrigo Pérez Alzate, as dictated by judgment S42534 of 2014, in order to catalogue the pattern of victims of their acts and propose an associative model that promotes teamwork, guaranteeing the reconstruction of the social fabric among the victims and with the community in general, by creating a sense of belonging to their territory and environmental care. The model that will be proposed in the development of this document, aims to link the victims of Rodrigo Pérez Alzate to the productive sector, in a competitive way, making use of the power of associativity to stand out in the current market. In the same way, it plans to impact community life in the different sectors where these victims may be located in the municipality of Barrancabermeja, being a replicable and inclusive associative model.
