The companies require constant changes that allow to be in development of technical dispositions and new ideologies, always looking for their recognition and positioning in the market, that's why, nowadays entities seek to grow and offer new services for the constant satisfaction of their clients and the benefit in common, always taking into account the needs that arise from society. With this consultancy it is intended to diagnose and project the company American.plasti, with a vision to the future in organizational matters, where the financial flow is guaranteed and business strategies are generated, including the necessary alliances, so that it remains in the market as a solid company. Considering a tactic of production and commercialization, to increase sales, it is considered important an association with different companies of the same industrial sector, using the productive chain, as a strategy for the provision of inputs and raw materials, their transformation and production of intermediate goods and end, and its commercialization in internal and external markets. The above will be achieved by making a diagnosis that allows analyzing and developing an improvement plan for the company, as it currently does not have an organizational structure; When carrying out a general study of the company, the current situation is visualized, a proposal and specific recommendations are made for each one of them. Based on the above, an exhaustive study is carried out in its basic areas such as administrative and accounting, as well as in its leasing facilities which need a reorganization of the physical space; to be able to arrive at a proposal, and thus achieve a positioning and leadership of the company in the local market, taking into account that there is evidence of failure in the distribution of the spaces in which the company operates. Colombia has gone through serious problems such as crisis, stagnation, currency devaluations and high inflation, has managed to cope with these situations which are focused with positive and upward scenarios in its economic cycle, taking as reference the rules that protect, favor the creation and strengthening of new companies My SMEs like American.plasti, where people like Mr. José Cesar Salguero see the family business as an employment option, looking for the benefit for their families with this project, many people make the decision to do business using the aid provided by national and district government institutions through the Chamber of Commerce, the Entrepreneurship Fund, BANCOLDEX, among others, seeking entrepreneurship and strengthening of companies, so that in the future they will be recognized. It is for the foregoing that a planning will be carried out through a situational diagnosis, in order to know its current context and be able to determine by means of a SWOT and SWOT analysis; what planning and what type of structure organization is most relevant; We will take into account recommendations and changes to implement, with the idea of developing an administrative management tool that allows owners to propose or rethink what is done, the way they do it, how it can be improved, increase production and participation in the market. In the absence of an effective solution to a problem, there is a risk of disorderly and unsustainable growth, both economically and administratively, which would make it difficult to achieve adequate management and control, leading to a strengthening of the sector and the current market. To conclude, the realization of this study seeks the implementation proposal, innovative strategies as a result of the identification of problems evidenced in the previous diagnosis, to define the criteria and fundamental tools that allow to select and locate within the structure with ease the personnel responsible for management tasks, control, as well as executive tasks, consultancies; Strengthen the strategic management area by implementing its objectives and corporate values.
