Companies have not always achieved a clear formulation of their mission or essential purpose. Very few companies have exposed in a brochure their mission, vision, objectives, goals and the basic values that guide the organization; and this is precisely what happens with Inprolac de Colombia Ltda, given that it knows what it is dedicated to but does not know the reasons why. And for what?. The purpose of this research is to design and apply strategic planning for the company Inprolac de Colombia Ltda., To focus its ideals, to demonstrate to the partners the importance of being clear about the goals and objectives of their company, thus generating greater competitiveness in the market. Once the environment or environment is known, the concern is raised again: What is the purpose of the company? What is your reason for being? That is, the essential purpose, the mission, the area of activities in which it moves and what it wants, should or can be the company in the middle. This is largely a philosophical formulation and the result of a historical series of shared actions, behaviors and values within the company. The next step in the process to define the strategy is based on a study of the structure of the industry or sector, which covers the following points: a) the companies and business classes it has (Mipymes); b) the importance of the mission, vision and its objectives. In the same way corrections of fragments are made that the company did not have well defined such as mission, vision, objectives, values, philosophy, policies, strategic alliances, publicity, among others, generating in this way greater confidence in the decisions that are going to take the directors of Inprolac, given that they will have a precise approach to make the fulfillment of this goal more practical. The purpose of the Strategic Plan in the company Improlac de Colombia Ltda., Is to define the objectives and what are the best actions that must be carried out to achieve said objectives. In this way, the management of the organization is facilitated by making it more transparent, assigning specific policies to the various sectors involved and allowing for evaluation based on compliance with the specified actions. This generates coherence between the actions that are carried out and the expectations of the management, putting the company in relation with the needs of the environment.
