The CDEM business development office. In the implementation stage of the process called MANAGEMENT INTEGRAL has developed activities and tasks that were characterized using international technical standards, demonstrating high standards of quality for the benefit of the Cooperative University of Colombia and its customers reaching strategic levels of education superior. This process consists of the inputs and outputs, a target within the PDCA cycle activities, indicators such effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness, risks associated with the process, giving a documentary support business development office in its implementation and development. In order to integrate the processes conducted a management plan within which activities were implemented allowing to set the measurement, analysis and improvement of indicators, as appropriate treatment of risk, nonconforming product and environmental management. The impact achieved as a result of the implementation of the process is the signing of the CDEM position with companies and universities nationally and internationally, as the academy of strategic thinking for business development, the transcendental level of global organizations. It is necessary to keep the CDEM information for the benefit of businesses and the university community linked, so as to reach comprehensive management certifications.
