Today education is kept up to date with new technological trends and can not be far from them because they dominate our lives in great percentage. For some years we have sought ways to show how multimedia content can be used as a teaching strategy. On the other hand, since the information has become important, today it is interactive and we can dispose of all material (sound, visual, text, etc.), recording it in multiple media (USB, CD-ROM, DVD, among others). Therefore, education can not be far removed from the social context and the environment of its students, due to the great impact that are causing the informative advances on the educative world, is seen the increase by the pressure exerted by the world of work, that Increasingly needs and demands more training in the field of information technology. What you should always look for is the improvement of resources, didactic strategies and support materials that are attractive to students. Some of the measures to definitively incorporate ICT in education is to train teachers in the management of ICTs. Faced with this situation is imminent the need that teachers, from any area or level, must incorporate computer resources within their content. For this reason, it is imperative to make our educators understand the importance of their application in classrooms, which should not be seen as a teaching tool or a work tool used in teaching, but as a fundamental part to increase the quality of the teaching - learning process. "The school is always behind society and there is an obvious gap between the use of new technologies at a general level, in the various daily social and economic activities and the one that is done in schools (Gargallo López, 2003 : twenty)." Having investigated the causes and effects that has generated the outdated and therefore the non-use of computers or educational software in the teaching-learning process; Through a research carried out on teachers, students and administrative staff of the FULMIANI Foundation, in which it was possible to establish ignorance of the advantages provided by multimedia educational resources or educational software which makes them continue with the traditional methods and resources that They currently devalue the student's creativity and learning. Based on the main problems they are presenting, it is pertinent to implement a didactic system that supports the learning process of both children and young people for the development of their reading and writing activities with the aim of improving attention, concentration and, in turn, favoring Their learning process. This project aims to contribute to a solution to the problem that has been generated in the FULMIANI foundation, with a totally practical vision. Finally, focusing the project on education will be contributing to one of the main problems at the literacy level of educational institutions in the city.
