Resumen
This study consists of a documentary review of norms, jurisprudence, doctrine and other pertinent information related to the characterization of young adolescents between the ages of 14 and 17 who attend grades nine to eleven in some public and private educational institutions in the Municipality of Cartago during the academic year 2018 and who have been described as bullying. It is noteworthy that bullying is dissocial behavior in which one or more people repeatedly and systematically assault another. The aggression can be physical, verbal or relational, such as excluding the victim from groups or spreading rumors that make the victim look bad in front of other schoolchildren. For this reason, it is necessary to take into account the applicable current regulations, criminology and risk factors, as well as the responses to the requirements made through respectful petitions, addressed both to educational institutions and to other Authorities involved in the subject, all of this in order to perceive the reality of this social phenomenon. The main objective of this research is to evaluate whether, through the current Colombian regulations on school coexistence, it is possible to determine the existence of socio-criminological profiles and risk factors in the school aggressor of grades nine to eleven in the Educational Institutions of Cartago, during the 2018 academic year and its possible consequences
