Resumen
In this document we made a review of the history of the armed conflict in Colombia, where we presented the attempts made by the parties to reach an agreement. With the peace process established with the FARC-EP, the post-conflict and with it, the interest of the parties immersed in the war towards the reintegration and social adaptation of the demobilized has been given, which is expected to contribute to the prolongation of peace in the country, a fact that is overshadowed by the increase in murders and the recidivism to the criminal life of many of the ex-combatants. Therefore, we establish the need to identify what is influencing this phenomenon through a review of studies and research that address the difficulties of the demobilization, disarticulation and reintegration process. This analysis shows that the psychosocial factors that most affect are: post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety, major depression, alcohol abuse, suicide risk and therefore the adaptation to the social context which is hampered by the presence of same factors in the population. To a large extent, adaptation to civilian life in the post-conflict period is a reciprocal process between the ex-combatant and society and even more of the state that leads to compliance and continuity of DDR policies (disarmament, demobilization and reintegration), guaranteeing well-being psychosocial of the individuals inherent to the armed conflict in Colombia
