Resumen
Internal forced displacement is one of the phenomena of greatest impact worldwide, transcending the social, political, economic dimensions and therefore the quality of life, the mental health and the development of the communities. The process of uprooting experienced by each of the people, families and populations, coupled with feelings of hopelessness, loss of meaning, situations of vulnerability and threat; are some of the elements that make up the psychosocial landscape, protection measures are scarce as well as administrative contingency measures managed by nations in which this phenomenon has proliferated over the generations. This review explores the phenomenon of internal forced displacement associated with the prevalence of mental disorders, investigating the scientific material produced between the years 2008 - 2018 using search engines such as Dialnet, Doaj, Redib, Conflict and Health and Pudmed, in different languages , in order to have a broader vision of academic production worldwide, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, with the methodological guide of the PRISMA Group for the systematic analysis of literature.Ten studies were included, the investigations denote the most prevalent disorder post-trauma stress disorder (PTSD) with 57.14%.The prevalence of mental disorders is high with higher incidence in the female population. The results should be interpreted with caution due to the marked differences in the studies. More studies are needed in this regard.
