This state of art pretends to deepen the reader to the study of Organizational Culture, a term widely published among different psychology and management authors at some researches which manifest an impact on business productivity. The fundamental idea is to identify the characteristics of the evolution of Organizational Culture, for which it was divided into a three broad categories: Culture, Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate, allowing to understand the interaction of multiple authors that eventually unify important elements which are evident in enterprises. Studies applied to different Colombian companies in the years 2003, 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2013 developed by researchers Gregorio Calderon, Alvaro Zapata, Yaz Belida Ruiz, Julia Clemencia Naranjo, Carlos Hernán Isaza, etc. were found; in order to find if there are models for measuring organizational culture in their own companies, or taken that reveal What are subcultures that are created within organizations and how does the behavior of employees?, among other questions. In both, public and private organizations Culture and Organizational Climate are related to human talent, the technology and globalization being part in the growth and development of a competitive organization.
