Kaeser Compresores is the leading company in the supply of compressed air equipment in Colombia. Kaeser, wants to know the purchasing factors of the users of this resource and in this way establish the strategies that will allow him to increase sales and his participation in the market. To identify the factors, a survey was conducted via telephone to customers who have made repeated purchases of equipment from the company in the last 3 years. As a result, it was found that the factors of product quality and competitive price are the most important for the user when making the purchase.
