The next grade work had the porpuse of recognize the application of educational and communicative competences of the Santo Toribio de Mongrovejo’s teachers to transfer TIC skull at the 10th and 11th grade students. In order to accomplish this objective, a qualitative and quantitative research with descriptive design was developed using a general survey for teachers and a questionnaire to students, these instruments served as data collection technique for research; the subjects of the sample were teachers who teach in the school and students in grades 10 and 11 in the range of age between sixteen and seventeen. The analysis found that teachers demonstrate the importance of the use of information and communication technologies as fundamental to development of educommunicative skills and the importance of strengthening them, but although the teachers use some of the communication tools, they are unaware of the characteristics of ICT, leaving as evidenced the low implementation of technological tools in the school, leading us to design a communication proposal in relation to the needs of teachers and students, as a tool for improvement, because the teacher as counselor must understand the need to change their educational practice and gain experience in managing ICT and generate more interest in the students.
