Resumen
The economic internationalization that has been occurring for several decades at a world level, to which Colombia formally joined during the government of Cesar Gaviria, with the economic opening of 1990; brought with it modifications not only economic, political or cultural of each nation. In addition, it originated the conformation of specialized organisms that have been in charge to normalize the different processes that carry out the companies that offer their products or services in a market, where the big fish eats the slow fish, and where the intervention of the state is reduced to its minimum expression, in order to provide the consumer with exactly what he requires. This same economic context has allowed the emergence of economic units at different levels, leading to the convergence of both large multinationals and medium and small companies in a common scenario, which, insofar as they are able to meet the needs of the client, may compete on equal terms, regardless of their size. Kabezas & Cia. Microempresa, constituted on September 24, 2004, which performs its work in the industrial sector, more specifically in the line of the automotive industry, is dedicated to the production of auto parts for diesel injection pumps, it only has one branch located north-west of Bogotá in the Valladolid neighborhood. Both managerial and operational tasks are performed by the owner; who, based on the high level of knowledge he has of the sector, of his clients and the differentiation of his products, has managed to stay in the market. However, the informality of its processes can represent a limitation to expand the client portfolio, an indispensable source of resources to leverage the growth of the organization, its main objective.
