Currently the Mayor of the Municipality of Tocancipá leads the program called "Friends Without Borders", addressed to people with disabilities with cognitive, physical, visual and auditory problems, among others. This program has professionals specialized in different areas of health, responsible for providing therapeutic services and at the same time managing the administrative part and resources of the named program. It should be noted that the Cooperativa de Colombia University, in a collaboration agreement with the Municipal Government of Tocancipá, carries out several interventions with the community through social practice, specifically the Monitors Solidarios program, which has carried out several projects focused on to the productive and social development, in search of generating the self-management and the economic development of the integral population of the foundation, in search of a better quality of life of the population in condition of disability of the municipality. Taking into account each of the results of the analyzes made to the community by the students belonging to the axis of solidary entrepreneurship, we intend to continue with the development and future legal constitution of the Friends Without Borders Foundation in order to help with their self-sustaining self and that of each one of the people that make it up. In accordance with the above, in this work evidence is provided about the reality existing in our society about the exclusion and problems of the disabled population. Likewise, the needs of the Friends Without Borders program and the relevance of the fulfillment of the proposed objectives are based. In order to analyze in detail the community to be worked on, a contextual framework was made where the analysis is based on an external diagnosis, which includes the knowledge of the community of Tocancipá, and subsequently an internal diagnosis that focuses on the characteristics of the program to intervene. Afterwards, a theoretical framework was built to base the work, where the elements contained in the project are specifically stated, hence the theme to deal with the community at the different moments of the intervention. Likewise, these processes are evident by identifying each of the factors that make the development and sustaining of the program possible, performing an analysis of the current situation in order to achieve compliance with the main objective through the action plan that allows the management to the focus of the project Finally this project seeks to meet the expectations of the Friends Without Borders program that seeks to contribute to economic development, personal growth, allowing that in a self-sustainable and participatory way, the people belonging to this program, see the importance of working as a team, jointly and for the benefit of the population, feeling not excluded, forming part of productive entrepreneurs useful for society being participants of the various productive links.
