The purpose of this project is to highlight the importance of administrative management in the foundation of an organization, since it provides a solid base for the development of its activities, and good management to create a corporate identity. Likewise, the commercial area, which contributes to the recognition of a cooperative in a community, in order to attract new associates, making known the services and benefits, that they obtain at the moment in which they decide to join and start from the cooperative. It is pertinent to analyze the companies in four strategic axes that allows a broad approach that covers the entire cooperative organization and thus achieve a general strengthening. The first guideline corresponds to the management and government of the cooperative, which aims to generate a cooperative identity. As a second guideline is the socio-business development, allows to generate a differentiation in the market and promote entrepreneurialism. As a third guideline is the human and sustainable development, which is intended to break paradigms thus achieving a change in the school of thought, promoting entrepreneurship. And as a last guideline is the development of social capital, which aims to generate cooperative and corporate social responsibility, involving the community for the benefit of it. This project is divided into three phases; Diagnosis, applying the matrix tool SWOT allowing an analysis of the internal aspect (weaknesses and strengths) and external (opportunities and threats) of the current state of Villa Action Multiactive Cooperative. The second phase is the planning, where an action plan was formulated that was developed in the course of eight weeks, where the activities were determined and which were specified the priority strategic lines that are going to intervene for the administrative strengthening and commercial of the Cooperative. And as a third phase, the intervention was carried out in which the proposed action plan was executed, fully developing all the proposed activities, thus obtaining a general level change of the whole cooperative, achieving a solid base of the part administrative, recognition and reliability thanks to the commercial contribution made. For the fulfillment of the objective in the implementation of an administrative and commercial management system for the strengthening of the Villa Acción Multiactive Cooperative. Taking into account the needs and priorities required by the cooperative, two strategic lines corresponding to management and government and socio-business development were addressed, for which activities are proposed for each of the proposed variables.
