The proposal on the conditions of quality has as particularity the offer of requirements that allows to suggest a program of Technology in Exports and Imports, to assume the consistent form of the propaedeutic cycles and its formative function, articulating the philosophical, theoretical and practical abstraction from the perspective of what to do of the academic program, in function of the fulfillment of the vision and mission of the University and the achievement of its objectives. During the development of the work, it is intended to clear the following research question: What are the quality conditions for the offer of the technological program in Exports and Imports for the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia? The main objective of this research is to study what are the minimum conditions that Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia has to propose the Technological Program in Exports and Imports in the City of Bogotá, evaluating how is the competition and identifying the organizational, economic and media aspects more vulnerable that frame this type of situation within our University and finally, the purpose is to verify that through legal standards we can offer excellent processes in the organization. The guidelines included in this document propose quality conditions that are required by the Ministry of National Education with Decree 1295 of 2010, which establishes the regulation for the operation of technological studies and regulates the qualified registration of education programs higher. This work is closely related to the approaches of the Institutional Educational Project of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, since through it, it demonstrates the way in which the academic program develops the Institution's own functions framed in the context of research, projection social status and the quality of teachers; likewise, it allows the program to establish development goals and consider itself capable of constructing new scenarios aimed at academic excellence and its positioning at the local, regional and national levels. The method used is inductive in order to measure the economic and social impact of technological careers according to their administrative planning and program structure in the city of Bogotá. The development of this work consists of three (3) chapters:Technology programs offered in the city of Bogotá; The environment of competencies and their quality in higher education and,The quality conditions proposed for the technology program in Exports and Imports at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. This last chapter on the conditions of quality for the Exports and Imports program, turns out to be the most complex of all and is exposed taking into account the legal norms, development and benefits.
