On July 6, 1995, by means of public deed No. 2890 of Notary 48 of the Círculo de Bogotá, the company DEPOLUJO LTDA. Was established, with the social purpose of importing, marketing and distributing all kinds of auto parts. Its trajectory in the national market allows it to be recognized as a supplier of lights for DEPO brand vehicles of several auto parts distributors in the country. The suggestion to implement a Quality Management System, in the commercial process, is the starting point for the total and real implementation of a Quality Management System of the company which provides the basic orientation of the organization and allows the administrative, financial and accounting policies lead to the optimization of resources, the promotion of competitiveness and increased profitability, through continuous satisfaction and always increasing the needs of customers. Taking into account the conditions of the auto parts sector in Colombia, the dynamics of the market and the current situation of DEPOLUJO LTDA., It should be asked: How to plan the commercial process of DEPOLUJO LTDA., Based on the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard to generate a sustainable competitive advantage of the company over the other marketers of auto parts at the National level? In order to respond to this concern, the following General Objective is proposed: Propose a quality management system for the commercial process of DEPOLUJO LTDA., Based on ISO 9001: 2008, which allows the company to generate a competitive advantage in the auto parts market in the country. Through the following SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES. 1. Prepare the strategic documentation of the company DEPOLUJO LTDA. 2. Elaborate the characterization of the commercial process and the process map of the company DEPOLUJO LTDA. 3. Prepare the Quality Manual. The implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001: 2008 is the answer for organizations that seek to make the most of their resources, avoiding the duplication of activities that take place in different areas of the company. Among other benefits, it provides the environment for the company to continuously improve and fully satisfy the needs of the client.
