the importance of a medical veterinary and zootecnist is in identify the factors that generate a slope or loss of wildlife, like the survival in a substations, and electrical networks after a contact or electrical discharge, it generated the need to developed this social practice, business and solidary whose main objective was to establis a first aid protocol and preventive management of wildlife in substations of the electrificadora de Santander, where real importance was given to these factors involed in the income of the animals on these substations. the evidence obtained was the result of past incidents that due to the entrance of the animals on these energized zones caused transformer explosions and blackouts for up to eight days, locative losses and wildlife they were registered affecting significantly the enviroment, its fauna, its flora and its own economy, as well as the continous visits to differents substations of the metropolitan area and its surroundings that were put an my disposal to make a diagnosis of the areas involved, infrastructure and wildlife management in case of encounters with the operators visit were made to the mains substations of the electrificadora de Santander located in the municipality of Bucaramanga and its surroundings what were, substation Bucaramanga, palos, Piedecuesta, palmas and central. Making references to acces roads and accidents management of wildlife, sincethe means of entry to the subtations, they facilitate the acces of differents species of wildlife and domestic among wich are denoted mamals cuith faras or opossum reptils as iguanas, companion animals such as felines, canines, birds perched on structures and electrical networks, reptils ofidios of the genus boidae, elapids and vipers such as the boa constrictor, coral, mapana, spe x, wasp clarge representation, choropteris such as bats, frugivoris and hematophagous and rodents such as squirras and rats training was also carried out to identify poisonous and non poisonous reptiles as well as the proper handling in case of meeting with operators to avoid ophidian type accidents. In the area of preventive management we have the presence african snail or achatina fulica in the substations,where were carried out days of erradication of this species, sensitization to the operators about the dangers and diseases that these animal carry that are exotic origin, among other activities, that in summary the importance of the veterinary of the management, control and prevention of diseases.
