Knowing and identifying the job placement of the graduate of the Specialization in Higher Management and Solidarity Economy was the starting point to generate not only accurate information with his professional career, but also to motivate a rapprochement, in order to recognize through his performance The effect generated in social, cultural, economic and political environments in the regional context. Hence, it was intended to evaluate both the relevance of the program and the incidence of graduates in the environment, analyzing their academic training, professional performance and, in turn, determine the training needs required in their work projection, and their link with the sector Solidary of the Department of Meta. A descriptive methodology was used, with a survey format aimed at graduates of the program with a population in the 2005-2015 period equivalent to an average of 160 graduates from the Cooperative Universidad de Colombia, Villavicencio, choosing the sample for the 30% of the population was the equivalent of 48 graduates, selected under the technique of non-probabilistic sampling, given the convenient accessibility and proximity of these to the researchers, an advanced activity through direct contact and via electronic mail. It was established that 85% of the graduates are employed and only 15% are independent; Such as corporate managers, office workers, university professors and directors of financial and administrative departments, assess their work potential as a result of their status as graduates of the Cooperative de Colombia University. Owned in the last 5 years to the solidary economy sector and currently are parts of these organizations in cooperatives at national or regional level at an average of 12%. Likewise, it was possible to determine the level of co-responsibility and articulation of the program with the labor and professional market, qualifying it as excellent 12% and 86% as good. Hence, 32% would like to continue their studies at the master's level at the institution, graduated 46% and seminary continuing education at 27%; As would also recommend postgraduate in the institution in 92%, and Specialization in High Management and Solidarity Economy in 96%.
