Resumen
Indigenous communities have been identified as subjects of specific attention and special protection against the phenomenon of forced displacement and the peace process, as they have mainly violated the territorial rights of the Sikuani indigenous communities of the municipality of Mapiripán. Violence and forced displacement in Colombia have affected indigenous communities, as is the Sikuani ethnic group who are vulnerable because of their social status, forcing them to leave their territories of origin, their customs, dialects and in conclusion their cultural identity. In Colombia there are a number of indigenous communities, the most representative of the department of Meta since 2007 are the indigenous communities of Guayabero, Piapoco, Jiw and Sikuani. (Settlements: Chaparral, Mocuare, Charco caiman, Betania, Los Corocitos, El Olvido, Sheep, Soap Cane). During the investigation, it was discovered why the Sikuani indigenous communities had been displaced from their original lands, arriving in new places such as the villages where the settlers lived, without resources and without any protection; that the peace process included some points favouring them and prioritizing the relocation to territories that are easy to carry out their customs such as hunting and fishing, without forgetting their ancestral traditions. It is seen how International, national, departmental and municipal standards have prioritized these communities for comprehensive reparation, to be carried out through the Victims Unit and the Land Restitution Unit, creating the safeguards for their relocation to achieve the reconstruction of their culture and customs. That to date these rules are only embodied in one role, since, since the signing of the peace process to date, it has not been possible to relocate the Sikuani community from the municipality of Mapiripán. They are only provided with six (6) humanitarian aid in kind to alleviate the hunger in which they live.
