It is a company of the commercial sector of games of luck and chance that has the concession for the commercialization of the game called Chance in all the department of Cundinamarca. The headquarters of the city of Bogotá where the evaluation of the strategic plan is carried out is the headquarters located at Carrera 10 N ° 24 - 22 Telephone: 2 847013 web page: http://www.ael.com.co ; It was born from the merger of several chance companies from Bogotá and Cundinamarca that join together in order to bid to obtain the concession that allows them to market the games of chance and luck. It has a very large commercial and technological network that has allowed it to consolidate, grow and market today as well as its flagship product "el chance", money orders, top-ups, ganagol among others. However, his life as a company after the merger has been very short, which has forced him to organize in record time. Today the company is in the process of certification and preparing to achieve the concession again. Therefore it is necessary to constantly study its strategic plan to achieve continuous improvement and good management of the organization. Based on the above and according to the information acquired, the research question is: What benefits and / or losses can be evidenced as a result of the implementation of the Strategic Plan in the company Apuestas en Línea SA, both internally and externally ? Being the General objective of this investigation: To realize an evaluation on the strategic plan 2010 implemented in the company Apuestas en Línea S.A. in order to know the impact and how it influences the internal and external environment of the company. In the same way, it presents the following specific objectives: • Review and analyze the Strategic Plan for Online Betting 2010 s.a. • Determine benefits and consequences of the implementation of the Strategic Plan, both internally and externally. • Formulate suggestions that based on the evaluation of the 2010 strategic plan can positively benefit the company. The main people who are intended to benefit directly, are the managers, employees and other people who make up Betting Online SA, because depending on the results of the evaluation, they can make decisions that allow them to grow as a company. It is for this reason that the research carried out is basically focused on reviewing, analyzing and formulating suggestions on the impact of the implementation of the strategic plan, both internally and externally, so that the final diagnosis can be used at the time of decision making which may be relevant for the proper functioning of the company. Likewise, the students who carry out this research find themselves as beneficiaries, since with this they can analyze and evaluate their knowledge, because during the process they allow to see the capacity for research and team work, where they can be recognize benefits and failures of educational processes. Regarding the professional level, the student is allowed to land and cover an issue that may be relevant for many due to the positions they occupy, giving them the opportunity to get involved in new issues at the management and administration level.
