This project is built with the knowledge acquired in the Seminar Workshop Quality Management Systems ISO 9001: 2008, which consists of five (5) modules, presented in 6 topics: Process Management, The Quality Management System ( SGC), Planning and Documentation of the QMS, Improvement of Processes, Internal Quality Audits, developing competences for the preparation and execution of the audits of the Quality Management System, which will provide criteria for strategic planning as a basis to (QMS). The company selected for the respective construction of the Project is, Uniminuto founded by Father Rafael García Herreros with the collaboration of Father Diego Jaramillo, Eudist priests, is part of the Minuto de Dios Organization, a work that has been recognized in the recent history of Colombia for its deep Christian sense and its magnificent vocation of social service, especially for the poorest. By means of an analysis to Uniminuto the customer service process is selected, since this department is in charge of channeling complaints and claims, being one of the most important and of great commitment for the University; currently UNIMINUTO, does not have a customer service, generating dissatisfaction in students.
