The purpose of the diagnosis of Business Administration of the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Cooperative University of Colombia, is to give a diagnosis of the different universities and their environment; according to the perspectives of the strategic planning of higher education, based mainly on the theoretical guidelines and perceptions of experts in university strategic plantation and higher education contextual framework and normative in force; referential framework on diagnostic models used in public and private universities according to the following higher education institutions: School of Administrators EAN, pilot University, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Sergio Arboleda University and Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. According to the opinion of key people such as managers, teachers, administrative staff, students, graduates and employers; To contribute to the improvement of the strategic plan of Cooperativa Universidad de Colombia, it provides the necessary parameters to identify how the Business Administration program is currently being developed by the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. First objective is based on the selection of a simple sample compiling the necessary information for the investigation, the most representative universities were selected. In the second objective the universities are analyzed in the different aspects such as price, pensulm, options of degree, exchange agreements, these variables are established to determine the reception that the possible students could be decisive at the time of the election of educational institution. The third objective is proportional information to determine how is the study plan of the career of Business Administration that is being developed in the cooperative university of Colombia to evaluate and diagnose the environment of the universities that offer this program. The study provides the opportunity to analyze the results generated by the research to determine if the academic education of the teacher offered by the university is in accordance with their educational environment. Within the University and specifically of a Private University such as the Cooperative University of Colombia, there are conflicts of many kinds: Academic conflicts, as it is a training center; conflicts of coexistence insofar as it is a space of socialization, where the diversity of the country is reflected; social conflicts; personal conflicts and many others. Where we want through other universities as they are driving, to be able to find the environment of each one. It takes into account the reforms that the University has had throughout its history. The reforms defined externally and promoted by the central government as what should be implemented in Colombian education, but at the same and as you have been evolving in front of others who in turn have grown continuously and can thus contribute to education in our country and in the personal formation of those who study there: The present diagnosis, in addition to being an academic exercise, aims to achieve a first diagnostic approach to the aforementioned situation, which, in the medium term, continued to enrich itself until it became a useful working document for the generation of transformation perspectives that strengthen the democracy and university autonomy and improve coexistence within the institution, which often happens.
