To identify family functionality in families with pregnant adolescents. Study through a systematic review of literature, which took a small sample of 30 articles, between 2013 and 2018, a search is made in all fields of the Scopus database with the expression, ((TITLE- ABS-KEY (PREGNANCY AND TEENAGERS) AND TITLE-ABS-KEY (APGAR)) AND PUBYEAR> 2012). In Colombia 15% of adolescents have already been mothers and 4% are pregnant with their first child, for a total of 19% who have been pregnant or have already had births, 40% have some type of biopsychosocial risk, as well as the presence of alteration of the family role and risk of postpartum depression in 50% of the adolescents, where 30% are emotionally stable compared to 70% who have emotional instability and found to be dysfunctional in the family in 33% of families. Among the risk factors found, based on the studies, it was possible to conclude that the adolescent's low level of education, family stability and trust between parents and adolescents, guidance in sex education and the use of contraceptive methods. The family APGAR evaluates family functionality in a global way. The studies included in this SR reaffirm that family dysfunction is a predisposing factor for the development of behaviors in adolescents.
